Our values and selfconception

Because we share your passion to change our society for the better and more just. At least we are trying. 

We chose this quote carefully. Because nothing is further from our mind than wanting to "impose" our consulting services on you, nor to bore you with yet another "And-we-stand-for-this-with-our-name". 

Rather, we want to give you a little insight into us as people with the following statements. People with their own personality, based on values, sometimes even on a philosophy of life and work. 

According to our slogan, the cooperation between us should be trusting, binding and reliable. To achieve this, we need to have a common idea of what this common path could look like. And whether we fit to each other. 

We want you to be able to assess us. In the justified hope that you can appreciate us and our work. 

Yes, we also have a mission statement. We have a mission and a vision. 

But what really sets us apart are the values we actually live by, both as individuals and as a team. Not teaching them, but living them. At least really trying. 

We have searched for and found three values for each of us that not only describe us, but are also the foundation of our consulting: 

• Bud : Mindfulness - Serenity - Incorruptibility 

• Dennis: authenticity - helpfulness - efficiency

• Udo: Compassion - Security - Vigilance
